Auto World Export is a full service vehicle exporter. We can supply New and Used Cars, trucks, SUV's, large transport trucks, boats, motor cycles, all terrain vehicles, and construction equipment of every make and model to every country for unbeatable prices.

We are located in Canada and USA and have employees in Russia to help you. We can ship to every country in the world and also deal with customers in USA and Canada. Our goal is to establish long term relationships with our customers by providing quality cars for the best price possible. We frequently travel in Russia ( including Siberia), Ukraine, Latvia, and all of Europe so we may visit you. You may deal with us directly or with one of my staff members in our offices overseas if you do not speak english.

How we work and what we charge for fees:
1. You tell us what you want with specifics.
2. We send you sales data from the auctions showing recent sales prices.
3. We invoice you for deposit and send contract.
4. We find suitable cars for you to bid on and you select and choose bid amount.
5. We buy the car you want have it inspected for quality - then invoice balance.
6. We ship car to you.

Tell us exactly what kind of car or truck you want and we will supply for you a price, photos, and shipping information. We want you sell you many cars and want you to be satisfied - so what the car or truck you agree to buy will be what you will receive when you take possession. Then, you tell us specifically what you want. (Dealers - send buy lists so we can work on them- new and used!!!) Make, Model, Year, number of acceptable miles or kilometers, desired options and colors, and we will send to you the auction data from the past month at dealer auctions in USA and Canada and then recommend to you the probable selling price for such a car. This way you can see exactly what they are selling for at auction!!

Now you have a powerful tool. You will have the actual sales history from the auctions!! We only charge a fee to buy and ship the car. So you will pay the lowest auction price. We are confident that we can get your business because our prices will be very competitive. We do not buy and then add huge mark ups to the cars.
We then advise on how long it should take to buy at auction and let you know if the model is readily available. We ask for a deposit. As you can see, we are buying cars that you want, so we must pay for them.
We take a deposit from $2000 to 75% of the value depending on the value of the car. You see we must resell the car if you change your mind as after the car is bought it is purchased by us. If you do change your mind you will get the deposit back after the car is sold. But we do not want this to happen.
After we invoice you and send deposit by bank wire transfer, we search for the car and then show you photos of upcoming cars at the auctions and describe any problems with the car (scratches, dents, tire wear, etc) and advise on how much it will take to buy it. You decide on your bid for the car. We suggest bidding a little more than average as you will only pay what the cars sells for at auction and the auctions are very competitive. For example: we send you the auction data and it shows average price for certain car is $25,000- 29,000. You desire a black Mercedes ML 350 year 200X with lower than average mileage in excellent condition and tomorrow there is one that suits you at auction. We ask the maximum you want to pay for the car. After discussion your bid is $33,000 as you really want this car. After the bidding is over we buy the car for $28,000. So you pay $28,000 plus fees and shipping. Now lets say in another situation this car at auction is very desirable for local or export markets due to color, mileage etc and on this day there are many buyers for Russian and US clients. You really want this car as you know you can make money on it. You calculate your desired profit after shipping and all fees and taxes and you calculate that very highest maximum bid $33,000 so that you can make a good profit. On this day the bidding is higher than the average $25,000-29,000 and the final price after bidding is $32,500, you still win the car you want at $32,500 plus fees and shipping. So it is up to you how much you want to pay and we only charge you the last bid on the car plus fees and shipping.
These are large USA auctions, and there are local, national and international customers so remember you are bidding against many people. But you will know the average prices and have our advice. If the final price in the example above is $34,000 than someone has outbid your maximum at $33,000, We think this system is better than buying cars at a fixed price because the dealer auction has the cheapest used cars.
No one knows the price at auction until a car is bought. If you are currently buying cars at a fixed price maybe you are paying too much as that person had to buy it from the auction then add profit for himself. With our system you will save money - therefore make more money. Within the USA there are auctions in all the states. We deal with the largest. Manheim and Adesa.
Sometimes the car you want can be purchased cheaper in another state and trucked to the sea port. Prices vary from region to region so sometimes we can buy a car inland and move it to the port and still have the price as buying it near the port. We will advise on this on car by car basis.
After we buy the car we invoice you for the balance which must be paid within 3-4 days. We use your money to buy this car and have it released from the auction. The auction does not release the car until it is 100% paid. We only charge a fee per car so we do not ship until the car and shipping and fees below are paid.

Fees and shipping. Our fees vary depending on the type of car and how many cars you buy from us in a month. (1 car to 50 cars per month). We will inform you of this in advance and change this price to your benefit as our partnerships proceed into the future. Also there are auction fees we need pay to the auction. This is how the auction makes money, it charges the buyer and seller a fee - usually $250 - $400 per car depending on value. We have all the cars inspected for problems before we ship them so that you get a good car. Usually $100. All of our cars are checked!! They are checked for accidents and if in good operation. If they bought and then we check them and they are not good, you don't pay for them and they sent back to the auction.
If you have a very high value car we can arrange to send it to the local new car dealer for inspection and if still under factory warranty they will do any repairs for free. Price is usually $300 -$500 depending on dealer service rates and for towing.

Transportation to port. This depends on where the car is located. If near the port maybe $100, if on the other side of the country in California maybe $1000 or $1100 to the eastern USA port. It all depends on how difficult the car is to find, or if the price and condition in another area is cheaper to cover the cost of moving it. We try to buy near the port in Texas of New Jersey (for European and Russia customers) to save you money. Of course this is car by car basis we discuss on every car with you depending on where you operate. We advise on what ship the car is on and send you shipping documents. All cars shipped by container. There are small fees for bank money wires and courier fees, such as $100 or less.

Shipping. We ship from New York, New Jersey area, West Coast USA Houston Texas, and Canada, this all depends on where together we decide to buy your car. Current shipping is $900 from New York to Finland plus insurance is 2% of the value. IF THERE IS A LOSS OF THE CAR DURING SHIPPING, MEANING SINKING OF SHIP, LOSS OF CONTAINER ON OCEAN OR SEVERE DAMAGE TO CAR A IS CLAIM IS MADE IF INSURANCE WAS PURCHASED. $1000 DOLLARS WILL BE DEDUCTED BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY FROM THE AMOUNT PAYABLE TO THE CUSTOMER TO COVER THE INSURANCE DEDUCTABLE. THIS IS STANDARD INSURANCE POLICY WORLDWIDE. THE AMOUNT YOU INSURE A CAR FOR SHOULD NOT EXCEED IT'S TOTAL COST TO - HOWEVER YOU MAY CHOOSE A LESSER AMOUNT IF YOU CHOOSE.
For Russian and Finnish customers: There is a container unloading fee of 300-400 euro in Finland. These prices are subject to change but will be on your invoice so you will know before you buy. As well we are in constant contact during this process. We can advise on trucking, customs, and logistics companies who take your car to Russia if you do not wish to do this yourself. We do not mark up or add profit on any fees or shipping, this is the lowest price for you. Average price for shipping and all auction fees, our fee, total to Finland for car of value of $20,000 is approximately $3000. We will let you know exactly before you start this buying process. Everything is open and shown to you.

Time Periods for waiting for cars. After car is bought 3-5 days, inspection, wait for payment, sent title to car location for Customs check.
Car moved to port and US Customs check: 1-4 days and up depending on what location bought from.
Loading of container: 3-4 days.
Container taken to shipping piers be loaded on next ship: 1-2 days.
Container waiting for next ship: 3-4 days.
Loading and time at sea: 12-15 days.
Container taken off ship in Finland and moved to warehouse to unload cars: 3-4 days. Car ready for pickup in Finland.

Total time is usually 5 to 6 weeks depending on sailing schedules, weather, etc. Also with used cars from auction we cannot guarantee tires, brakes, windshield wipers, you are buying the car cheap so you should allow to do this if it needs it. We do have engine and transmissions checked and all important systems in the car. We advise on things like scratches, dents, life left on tires, etc so you know exactly what you need to do to get this car ready for sale when you receive it. There are no surprises. The car you agree to buy is the car you get when it arrives to you!

New Car Sales. For new cars and various options please look at official web of the manufacturers US sites for option lists.
Usual requests: year, model, make, color, engine size, interior (leather), sunroof, navigation, etc.
If you would like some modification or performance upgrades please advise. And be specific!! We will try and locate the car you wish to have. First we can give an estimate of price to you based on how much they are from the new car dealers in USA. All cars are different - Some we can sell below the MSRP (Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price) on the USA website, some equal, and some slightly above depending on how new the car is and how hard it is to locate. We will give you firm price on new cars and offer them to you after the search and negotiation with new car dealers in USA.
When you decide to buy we send invoice, payment made by wire transfer only. Once payment accepted car is shipped, documents are forwarded by courier to you before car arrives to your port or city. Before the car is shipped we must be paid 100% for the car and shipping and all fees. If you agree you wire fund which we hold in trust for a reasonable period usually up to one month. If we are not successful we will return all funds less bank commission for wire transfer back to you.
